Watering Source Solved | Thank You Roxy Hotel

Planting day is nearing, and our challenge of no water on the triangle, just got solved. A huge thank you goes out to the Roxy Hotel for joining into this community effort to green the Barnett Newman Triangle.

Through their unselfish support, they have agreed to provide the water and equipment to get our new plantings the hydration that they need, particularly through these early moments when the plants are trying to get established.

Their Hotel Manager, Ricardo Gonzalez was marvelous, offering up support and problem-solving for our challenge. The Roxy already does a lot to keep the area around the hotel looking beautiful and lush with their own gardens and know that their guests will enjoy the additional green space just outside their front door.

Soon, NYC Parks will begin the planting, and we will reach out again to the community for support in watering the garden. If you haven't already, and want to volunteer your time to help perform the watering, sign up on the website.
