Friends of Barnett Newman Triangle, Inc. (“FBNT”), a New York not-for-profit corporation, has applied to be a tax-exempt charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. If approved, donations made after FBNT’s formation on April 4, 2024 may be tax-deductible. While not guaranteed, FBNT expects its application for tax exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) to be approved.
